摘 要:
采用气体实验法对PPS滤料在SO2气体中腐蚀失效的过程进行了研究。通过实验前后PPS滤料的机械特性、微观特征和化学结构的分析,认为PPS对SO2气体具有良好的耐腐蚀性。但是,随着SO2气体温度的升高,时间的延长及气体体积比提高,PPS针刺毡滤料的性能有所下降,尤其是高温能加快腐蚀效果。为了延长使用寿命,应使其工作参数在限定的范围内:在SO2体积比高于700mL/m^3时,应对烟气进行预处理使其体积比低于实验值,或者使烟气的温度控制在170℃以下;如果烟气中SO2体积比超过预定值,烟气温度又高于170℃,则PPS针刺毡滤料连续使用时间应不超过96h。[著者文摘]

Research on anticorrosion of PPS filter medium in SO2

Abstract:
This article is concerned about how to solve the problem of the quick ageing of the filter bag in a haghouse of a vacuum cleaner. As is known, bughouse is a kind of effective dust collector in a vacuum cleaner to deal with atmospheric pollution, It is not only high effective, but also is useful in dealing with dust of different sizes and features. That is why it is widely used in various industries. As a part of the baghousc, the filter bag takes one-third of the total cost of the whole device. Furthermore, since the device has often to be put to work under unfavorable conditions of high temperature and high dumping humidity at presence of oxysulfide, oxynitride and oxygen and ozone, which arc corrosive and oxidative, it would make the filter bag ageing quickly and necessary to be replaced by a new one. Therefore, it brings problems for maintenance and in turn increases its maintenance cost. To solve the problem, I have covered a lot of articles written both at home and abroad arid have done a series of experiments based on the existing literature. Through gas experiments, 1 have realized the mechanism that is leading to the invalidation of the fihering material in the condition of corrosion and oxidation. The higher temperature of SO2 mixing gas, the longer of its time, the more concentration of SO2 in mixing gas, would made PPS filter medium ageing quickly, especially the higher temperature. Then, based on my analysis and collection of data and curves of the corrosion process, I have made some conclusions on how to overcome the problem of corrosion and create corrosion-proof and aging-resistant materials. Meanwhile, we have worked out necessary measures for prolonging the working life of filter material. If the vohnne ratio of SO2 in mixing gas is more than 700 mL/m3, we should deal with it beforehand, or make its temperature below 170℃. ff not only the volume ratio of SO2 in mixing gas is more than 700 mL/m^3, but also its temperature is more than 170℃, then the PPS filter medium should be used continuously for no more than 96 h. The PPS filter here presented has already been put into use to deal with the soot of coal kiln in power phants. Further studies are in need to find deeper reasons for the invalidation of this filter medium.[著者文摘]
