摘 要:
含锌废渣及粉尘是危险废物,因含有较高含量的锌,可作酸法和碱法冶金的原料,但其中若存在氯,则锌产品质最就严重下降,对电极板也有严重腐蚀作用,因此,从含锌废渣及粉尘中高效去除氯有重要意义。系统地研究了碳酸钠溶液洗涤去除含锌粉尘中氯的工艺条件。结果表明,碳酸钠的除氯效果好且不会引起较大的锌损失,其除氯的优化工艺参数为:碳酸钠质量浓度4g/L,液固比8:1,温度90℃,反应时间90min,氯的去除宰可达到90%以上。对同一种锌粉尘进行了除氯与不除氯的碱浸-电解锌中试对比实验,分析表明:经碳酸钠除氯后所得的锌粉质量明显提高,全锌和金属锌可分别提高2%~3%。[著者文摘]

Chlorine removal from zinc-bearing wastes in alkaline leaching-electrowinning process

Abstract:
This paper is aimed to offer the authors' method on studying the optimal conditions of the reaction between Cl and Na2CO3 and the effect of the pretreatment on the zinc powder production. As is known, zinc dust from the electric arc furnace or from roasting kiln is generally considered to be hazardous when refined from the sludge containing zinc. Currently, the dust has been used as the raw material for making metallic zinc powder. However, the presence of Cl in zinc dust tends to degenerate the zinc quality. Therefore, this paper aims to remove Cl from it by using sodium carbonate solution. According to our method, four series of experiments were to be done respectively to evaluate the effects of the four main parameters in the reaction, including the concentration of sodium carbonate, the water- to-dust ratio, the reaction temperature and the time of the reaction. The results of our experiments show that over 90% of Cl can be washed away at 4 g/L of sodium carbonate, with the water-to-dust ratio of 8 : 1 at the temperature of 90 ℃, in a reaction period of 90 min. And, finally, we have analyzed the influence of the pretreatment on the sodium carbonate solution. The resulted metallic zinc powder quality has been compared by using the dust with and without washing operation by alkaline leaching-electrowinning process. It has thus been found that the total zinc and metallic zinc contents can be expected to be higher by 2 % - 3 % than processed without the washing operation.[著者文摘]
