激励教练员首先要了解需求因素,不同年龄的教练员都会有不同的需求,根据教练员不同的需求因素,制定适合教练员的激励方法,才能最大限度调动教练员训练工作的积极性。研究表明:年龄与需求的层次成正比,即随着年龄的增加,教练员的需求层次从生理、安全逐步过渡到社交、尊重和自我实现的层面上。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Understanding the demand is first the factor to drive the coach. Coaches at different age have the different demands. Suitable driving method can transfer the coach training work enthusiastically. The result indicated that the age and the demand level is proportional, namely along with the age increase.
