摘 要:
一支队伍的接应二传手决定了一支球队的技术风格，它处于球队进攻和防守的枢纽，换言之，球队防守以及防守后的反击都是由接应开始的。中国女排的接应二传手一直具有独特的技术风格和优良的传统，从袁伟民当政时的陈招娣，到后来的巫丹和崔咏梅，再到现在周苏红都很好的继承了中国女排的“全面、快速多变，以多打少”的技战术风格，因此中国女排想在2008年的奥运会和今后的世界性比赛上再次取得佳绩，必须要重视和加强对接应二传手的选拔和培养。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The one who decided the style of a volleyball team is the auxiliary setter. It is the pivot for attacking and defending. In other word, the auxiliary setter starts the defense and the counterattack. The auxiliary setter of Chinese women＇ s volleyball team has been so special and traditional excellent. The style ＂comprehensive, fast - change by hits few,＂ was succeeded successfully from CHEN Zhao - di who coached by YUAN Wei - min, WU Dan, CUI Yong - mei and ZHOU Su - hong. If we want to obtain the good result in the 2008 Olympic Games and other world competitions, we should attach important to the selecting and training of auxiliary setter.[著者文摘]
