军工文化之所以先进，根本上在于它坚持马克思主义的指导，坚持社会主义方向，符合中国特色社会主义共同理想：在于它符合先进生产力的前进方向，推动了生产力和科学技术的发展；在于它坚持“国家利益至上”核心价值观，符合以爱国主义为核心的民族精神；在于它的创新性，符合以改革创新为核心的时代精神；在于它振奋了民族精神、培育了社会主义新人；在于它丰富和发展企业文化；在于它引领和推动了国防工业体系的建设和发展。[著者文摘]

On the Progressiveness of the Military Industry Culture

Abstract:
The reason why the military industry culture is progressive is because it insists on the guide of Marxism, on the socialism direction, and it conforms to the common ideal of socialism of Chinese characteristics; is because it conforms to the developing direction of the advanced productivity, and promotes the development of productivity and science and technology; is because it in insists on the core value of ＂the paramountcy of the interest of nation＂, and conforms to the national spirit taking patriotism as the core; is because it＇s innovative, and conforms to the spirit of times taking reform and innovation as the core; is because it stimulates the national spirit, and fosters new citizens for socialism; is because it enriches and develops the culture of enterprises; and is because it leads and promotes the construction and development of the system of national defense industry.[著者文摘]
