As part of the work relative to "the Research on the Working Conditions of the Middle School and Primary School Teachers in Beijing", this paper includes: Analysis of the general conditions, work time, work pressure, in-service training, attraction of the profession, etc. Based on the practical conditions, this paper suggests insisting the basic principles of the development of education in Capital Beijing, and taking measures such as enhancing the educational level of the teachers and developing the training system for teachers.[著者文摘]
