摘 要:
目前各大高校已形成基本建设热潮，由于国家在教育方面投入严重不足，银行贷款已成为目前各高校建设资金的主要来源。银行贷款方式在基本满足基础需求的同时，也使高校承担沉重的债务负担。BOT项目融资方式，在企业融资方面有较成功的经验，本文从高校引入BOT投资方式的可行性进行了剖析，阐述了实施思路，同时提出应用BOT模式值得注意的问题，力图使BOT投资模式成为解决高校基础建设资金需求的一条有效渠道。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Colleges and universities have entered a period of infrastructure construction. However, investment in them is far way behind. Bank loan has become a major source of fund. Bank loan, though satisfying the need for infrastructure fund to some degree, makes colleges and universities undertake heavy burden of debts. The BOT has more successful experience in business financing. This paper discusses the feasibility of BOT investment method in colleges and universities, elaborates an implementation approach, and offers some tips in using BOT investment method, so as to make this method efficient in financing a university＇s infrastructure construction.[著者文摘]
