少数民族地区课程资源开发中的问题与行动策略

摘  要:

没有充分发挥出优势条件的作用,以己之“短”比人之“长”;外部培训的链条中断,内部自生能力提高的途径不通,是少数民族地区在课程资源开发中存在的主要问题。解决这些问题的行动策略:一是理顺外生性教师培训链条,加强课程资源开发的技能性培训;二是加强内生性培训,提高少数民族地区教师的课程资源开发能力;三是走教研带科研、科研促发展的课程资源开发之路。[著者文摘]

Curriculum Development in Minority Areas: Problems and Action Strategies

Abstract:

Curriculum development problems in minority areas mainly cover the following two aspects: On the one hand, with advan-tages failing to come into full play, instead the disadvantages in minority areas emerge as opposed to the advantages in other areas; and on the other hand, the route to both outside training and self-improvement is blocked. To solve these problems, the following three strategies should be considered. First, teachers should be encouraged to take training courses offered by other institutions to improve their skills in curriculum development. Secondly, teachers should be given opportunities of taking training course offered by the school authority to improve their ability of developing curriculum resources. Thirdly, it should be advocated that educational researches can promote scientific researches and the latter can enforce development of curriculum.[著者文摘]
