摘 要:
本研究以和田野玫瑰花为原料,对野玫瑰色素提取的工艺条件进行丁研究,并对浸提溶剂、浸提时间、温度、固液比和浸提次数等参数进行优化。结果表明,野玫瑰色素最佳的提取条件是:5%柠檬酸,温度50℃,时间4h,固液比为1g:30mL,提取两次。[著者文摘]

The study on the optimum extraction condition of the pigment from wild rose

Abstract:
Taking the dry flower bud of the wild rose to be the raw material of this study, then using different impregnants, under the different time, temperature, the ratio of the solid and the liquid, and the times of pick-up, aim at investigation the optimum extraction condition of the pigment from wild rose. The result indicated that: using 5% citric acid, under 50℃, let the ratio of the solid and the liquid be 1 : 30, picking-up 4hours are the optimum extraction condition of the water-soluble pigment from wild rose.[著者文摘]
