摘 要:
本文研究了长双歧、青春双歧及两歧杆菌单独培养的生长和代谢规律，并对三种菌株混合发酵培养进行了研究。结果表明，这三种菌株在特定培养基中具有共生关系，通过分开接种、添加低聚糖和流加碱能大大促进混合菌株的生长。[著者文摘]

Study on mixed fermentation of bifidobacterium

Abstract:
The process of cell growth and metabolism of three kinds of bifidobacteria which fermentated for sole and mix was investigated in this paper. The result shows that symbiosis presence in the three kinds of probiotic, ways of inoculate separately, adding oligose and fed-batch solution of NaOH to adjust pH value can greatly increase the number of live bifidobacterium in the specific substrate.[著者文摘]
