Abstract:
Lemon peel was used as raw material in this experiment to extract pectin by acid solution and ethanol precipitation. By studing the influence of pH value, time and tenperature of extraction, the optimum technical condition of acid soluton of pH2.5and stirring at 80℃ for 60min was decided.[著者文摘]
