Application of supercritical CO2 extraction in production of natural pigments

Abstract:
Extraction of natural products with supercritical CO2 has been continually studied in recent years. This paper reviewed the needs of natural pigment in and broad and the application of supercritical CO2 extraction in production of natural pigments, Reports about supercritical fluid extraction of natural pigments were sorted by the category of pigments, extraction of paprika pigment, carotene, corn yellow pigment, Lycopene and so on are introduced, the future of supercritical CO2 is described too.[著者文摘]
