摘 要:
氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,是生物体内不可缺少的营养成分,L-亮氨酸是人体8种必需氨基酸之一,也是三种支链氨基酸之一,在医药、食品、饲料、化妆品等行业具有重要的用途。以一株黄色短杆菌为出发菌株,经紫外线、盐酸羟胺和硫酸二乙酯等多次诱变处理,单菌落分离、摇瓶初筛和摇瓶复筛,获得了一株蛋氨酸和异亮氨酸双重缺陷型突变株SFL8-3(Met^-,Ile^-),摇瓶发酵L-亮氨酸产量达18.98g/L。[著者文摘]

Screening of producing L- leucine brevibacterium flavum mutant With L- Isoleucine and methionine auxotroph

Abstract:
Amine acids are the fundamental unit of protein molecules and the necessary nutrition composition in organisms. L - leucine is one of 8 kinds of essential amine acids, and one of 3 kinds of branched chain ones. L - leucine acid has been widely applied in medicine, nurture food, etc. After Brevibacterium flavum SFL - 8 was mutagenized repetitiously with UV, HC1. NH4OH, diethylsulphate and LiC1 single or multiple treat, the mutant strain Brevibacte- rium flavum SFL8 -3 with L - Isoleucine and methionine auxotroph was obtained by shaking flask fermentation selection. This strain could produce 19. 98g/L L - leucine from 10% glucose by shaking flask fermentation.[著者文摘]
