在微波条件下,以草酸铵溶液为溶剂,饱和硫酸铝沉淀提取烟梗中的果胶。探讨微波功率、辐射时间、料液比、饱和硫酸铝用量对得率的影响。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定最佳工艺参数,对提取的果胶进行了品质分析。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
under the condition of the microwave radiation, the pectin in the peduncle of tobacco was extracted by the oxamide solution and was deposited by saturated aluminum sulphate solution. The infection of the technologic parameters to the yield of pectin was discussed which are the microwave power, the microwave radiation time, the ratio of material to solution and the use level of saturated aluminum sulphate solution. The optimum technological conditions were determined by the normal experimental design. The pectin quality was analyzed.[著者文摘]
