野生火棘果中红色素的提取研究

摘 要:
以野生火棘果为原料,用酸性乙醇为提取剂直接从野生火棘果中提取天然红色素。探讨了料液比、提取时间、提取次数和提取温度等因素对火棘果红色素提取效果的影响,通过L9(3^4)正交实验确定了最佳工艺参数。结果显示,最佳提取条件为:料液比1:9,提取时间40min,提取次数4次,提取温度柏℃;提取率为93.5%,产率为20%。[著者文摘]

Study on extraction of red pigment from wild pyracantha fortuneana fruit

Abstract:
Natural red pigment is directly extracted from natural Pyracantha forttmeana fruit by acidity ethanol. It discussed some factors, the ratio of sample to solvent, extraction time, extraction times and extraction temperature etc, how to influence the extraction of red pigment from Pyracantha forttmeana fruit. The best parameters of extraction technology were determined through orthogonal experiment L9 (3^4 ). The results showed that the optimal conditions are as follows: the ratio of sample to solvent is 1 : 9, extraction time 40 minutes, extraction 4 times and extraction temperature 40℃. Extraction rate is 93. 5%, produce rate is 20%.[著者文摘]
