摘 要:
以林蛙卵为原料进行林蛙卵油提取的研究。对影响林蛙卵油提取率的因素，如提取溶剂的选择、提取温度、提取时间及提取料液比等条件进行研究，并进行了正交试验。确定了获得最大提取率的条件。即：以石油醚（60～90）作提取剂；提取温度65℃；提取时间为5h；提取料液比为1：10。并对提制的林蛙卵粗油进行精制，得到透明浅黄棕色。[著者文摘]

Effect of extraction conditions on the yield of oviductus ranae egg oil

Abstract:
Oviductus ranae egg oil is extracted from Oviductus ranae egg. Some influence factors on extraction ratio of Oviductus ranae egg oil are discussed. These factors involve the choice of extraction solvent, the ratio of Oviductus ranae egg and extraction solvent, temperature and time of extraction, ect. The optimum condition was chosen by orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions were as follows, petroleum ether （60 - 90） is optimum extraction solvent. The extracting solutian was heated for 5h at 65℃. The ratio of Oviductus ranae egg and extraction solvent is 1 ： 10. The Oviductus ranae egg crude oil was refined. The product shows transparent buff.[著者文摘]
