摘 要:
目的:研究陈皮中提取的黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性。方法:测定陈皮提取物中黄酮类化合物的总抗氧化能力,并实验在正常小鼠体内抗氧化作用。结果:显示陈皮提取物黄酮类化合物其总抗氧化能力与提取物浓度有很强的量效关系,线性关系显著,对小鼠体内的MDA(丙二醛)的产生有显著抑制,及显著提高小鼠血浆、组织中SOD(超氧化物岐化酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶的)活性。结论:表明陈皮提取物中黄酮类化合物具有较强的抗氧化活性。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Object: Studies on the antionxidation activity of flavonoids from the orange peel. Methods: Experiments of the totle antionxidation activity (T - AOC) of flavonoids from orange peel. extractions, and its antionxidation effects in the normal rats. Results : the totle antionxidation activity (T - AOC) of flavonoids from orange peel. extraction is much related with its consistency, and the line relation is significant; besides, greatly inhibited the formation of MDA inside the rats, and at the same time, excited the actives of SOD and CAT in the serum and tissues of rats. Conclusion: The flavonoids from the orange peel have strong antioxidation effects.[著者文摘]
