甜玉米鲜苞采后贮藏保鲜技术研究

摘 要:
试验研究了涂膜处理结合MAP(自发气调包装)的甜玉米鲜苞在室温和低温贮藏过程中生理生化变化,探讨了甜玉米鲜苞在贮藏过程中营养成分的变化、呼吸强度、贮藏环境O2/CO2含量的变化,并分析了各种变化的原因及相互间的联系。结果表明,低温贮藏要比室温贮藏保质期延长10d左右,同时涂膜处理结合小包装气调贮藏能够更有效地抑制甜玉米鲜苞在贮藏过程中营养成分的消耗和呼吸高峰的到来,可更大限度延长甜玉米鲜苞的贮藏时间。[著者文摘]

Study on the fresh keeping techniques of harvesting sweet maize

Abstract:
This paper has studied the character of coating Sweet maize when they were stored at room temperature, at 1.0~4. 0℃ temperature, and especially packaged with plastic film after treated with preservation. It also discussed the changes of nutritional characters, respiration intensity and O2/CO2in the storage, and analyzed the causes of the vari- ous changes and mutual relationship. The result shows that shelf-life can prolong 10 days at low temperature and controlled than at room temperature. The packaged with plastic film, coating and low temperature can effectively restrain the loss of water and the process of respiration.[著者文摘]
