摘 要:
植物甾醇与共轭亚油酸甲酯通过酯交换反应合成植物甾醇共轭亚油酸脂,反应产率达94%,该法适合工业化生产。首次研究了植物甾醇共轭亚油酸酯对大鼠血脂的调节作用,实验表明植物甾醇共轭亚油酸酯具有调节血脂作用。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Method of synthesizing phytosterol esters of conjugated linoleic acids （CLA） by transesterfication of CLA methyl esters and phytosterol was described. The yield of phytosterol esters of CLA was 96%. The efficacy on blood lipids of the phytosterol ester of CLA was first confirmed through animal trials.[著者文摘]
