摘 要:
建立虾青素的含量及有关物质的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。采用Discovery-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-丙酮-水(76∶15∶9)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为482nm,柱温为30℃。在所选定的液相色谱条件下,有关物质与主药分离良好,虾青素在636μg/mL范围内线性良好,检出灵敏度为11ng/mL,平均回收率为100%,RSD为0.29%。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
A HPLC method for determination of Astaxanthin and its related substances was established. A C,scolumn was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetone-water(76 : 15 : 9)at the detection wavelength of 482 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 6-36μg/mL. The detection limit of Astaxanthin were 11 ng. The average recovery was 100% with RSD of 0. 29%.[著者文摘]
