摘 要:
通过对出发菌株粘红酵母RY-1进行紫外诱变,以类胡萝卜素抑制剂二苯胺抗性为筛选标准,得到19株突变株,并对突变株进行发酵性能检验。结果表明,有四株突变株类胡萝卜素产量提高明显,其中Ruv701提高了42.06%,遗传稳定性良好。[著者文摘]

Breeding of the mutants with a high yield of caroyenoid

Abstract:
Start strain RY - 1 was treated with ultraviolet. Carotenoid synthesis inhibitor diphenyla - mine was used in seletion of the mutants, and 19 mutants were obtained. The characters of mutants were determined, the result shows that carotenoid yield of 4 mutants was increased distinctly and the yield of Ruv701 was increased by 42. 06% The mutant has good stabilization of inheritance.[著者文摘]
