摘 要:
通过对鱼类宠物食品添加抗氧化剂比较试验，利用TBA值和时间的关系，结果显示：特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）在鲨鱼肉宠物食品中具有优良的抗脂肪氧化功能，没食子酸丙酯（PG）因其可溶于水是理想的鱼类宠物食品抗氧化剂，为首选的鱼类抗氧化剂。[著者文摘]

Study on antioxidant function of pet food made from fish by the relation of TBA value and time. The result shows that Tertiary Butyhhydroquinone is a good anti-oxidant.
