摘 要:
以芦丁为标样,选择测定波长为502nm,用分光光度法测定鱼腥草叶总黄酮含量,结果表明:芦丁浓度在8.1248.72μg/mL范围内,吸光度和浓度呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.9998),测定的平均回收率为99.4%,精密度试验RSD=0.49%,重现性试验RSD=2.07%。该方法精密度高,结果稳定可靠。此外用纸色谱和显色反应对鱼腥草叶黄酮作了初步鉴别。[著者文摘]

Determination and identification of flavonoids in leaves of houttuynia cordata Thunb

Abstract:
Total flavonoids content in the leaves of Houttuynia cordata Thunb was determined by Spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 502nm, with rutin as standard sample. The determination result showed: there was a linear relationship between the concentration of the rutin solution and absorption spectrum in the range of 8. 12 -48. 72μg g/mL (R^2 =0. 9998). The average recovery rate of this method was 99. 4%, the RSD of precision test was 0. 49% and the RSD of reproducibility test was 2.07%. This method was good in precision and reproducibility. Furthermore, the preliminary identification of the leaves of Houttuynia cordata Thunb was done by paper chromatography and color reaction.[著者文摘]
