海南桉叶黄酮提取方法研究

摘 要:
研究了从海南桉树叶中提取黄酮的一般方法。讨论了影响黄酮提取的主要因素。通过正交试验得到了乙醇提取桉叶黄酮的最优方案为：70℃水浴、55％乙醇、1：20料液比、40目粉碎粒度、提取时间为3小时。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The general methods of extracting the flavonoids from Hainan eucalypt leaf had been studied in this paper. The main faetors of extracting the falvonoids were also studied. Orthogonal test revealed the best teehnie eonditions were as follow： temperature 70℃, eathnol 55% , solid-liquid 1 ： 20, granularity 40, extraeting time 3h.[著者文摘]
