近年来天然食用植物香料工业获得了长足的发展。但是由于品种繁杂，非集约化种植，法律法规滞后，检测研究进展缓慢，而国外的技术门槛却越来越高等原因，使这一行业的发展正面临着很大的难题。本文就以上几点因素对目前食用香料行业所存在的问题进行了深入地分析。[著者文摘]
