Abstract:
The health functions of dietary fiber and their action mechanisms were summarized in this article, The status of dietary fiber intake of Chinese people, the advised RDI of dietary fiber from nutrition academia of the world, the marketing status and development foreground of dietary fiber were reviewed too. Some ideas on how to develop dietary fiber foods and how to represent their health functions were put forward in the end of the article.[著者文摘]
