摘 要:
本文建立了枇杷多糖的提取纯化方法,并对提取的枇杷多糖进行了理化性质分析。枇杷多糖经40%乙醇分级得到的组分Lens 5,用Sephadex G-150凝胶柱层析得到单一峰,Lens 5的酸性水解液经纸层析和薄层层析分析,其单糖组成为葡萄糖和木糖,用Sephadex G-150凝胶柱层析法测得其相对分子量为43000道尔顿。[著者文摘]

Study on isolation purification and characteristics study on Ioquat polysaccharide

Abstract:
In this study a method of Loquat polysaccharide isolation and purification was setup and the physical and chemical characteristics of Loquat polysaccharide was also analyzed. Product Lens 5 was obtained when Loquat polysaccharide was classified with 40% ethanol, and a single apex was obtained in the Sephadex G - 150 gel chromatography analysis. The monosaccharide components of the acidic solution of Lens 5 were identified as glucose and xylose according to the results of paper chromatography and thin layer chromatography analysis The molecular weight of Lens 5 is 43000 Dalton according to the result of Sephadex G - 150 gel chromatography analysis.[著者文摘]
