摘 要:
在新形势下，高师院校进行环保社团建设既是环境问题日益严峻的迫切需要，也是加强中小学环境教育的需要。目前，虽然大部分高师院校都建立了学生环保社团，但普遍存在着经费不足，对外交流与合作、对外宣传的力度不够以及自身建设不完善等问题。针对存在的这些问题，应该从夯实基础、明确任务、把握途径、确定方向四个层面来加强高师院校环保社团的建设，为广大学生参与环保、宣传环保提供一个平台。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Under new situation, constructing the enviromnental protection societies in the normal colleges and universities not only meet the urgent need of the enviromnent, but also is the need of strengthening environnlent education and constructing ＂the green school＂ in the elementary and middle schools. At present, although the majorities of normal colleges and universities have established the student environmental protection clubs, questions still exist, such as insufficient funds, seldom foreign exchange and cooperation, insufficient foreign propaganda dynamics as well as imperfect own construction. In view of these questions, I think we should do from the following four aspects： that is, Laying a Solid Foundation, making sure duty, controling assess, determining direction, so as to provide a platform for the general students to participate in the enviromnental protection and propaganda.[著者文摘]
