摘 要:
全球化、网络化、知识化是不以人们意志为转移的，集经济、政治、思想和文化为一体的客观历史过程，是21世纪高校教育管理面临的现实背景，是新世纪高校教育管理创新与时俱进的必然动因。文章分析了在新的时代背景下，高校教育管理理论的多元化、教育管理手段的现代化、教育管理环境的人文化等特点，提出了高校教育管理理念和管理功能的创新策略。[著者文摘]
