摘 要:
新世纪，为更好服务现实，会计管理理念须从物本管理走向人本管理，并实现合理整合；会计管理体系国家化与会计信息国际化须有机结合，研究方法须不断创新。文章首先对会计管理体系作了简要介绍，并针对性的地阐述了某大型企业集团的一系列改革措施。最后，提出该集团会计管理体系的改革方向。[著者文摘]
