作为评标方法之一的低价中标法体现了公开、公正、公平竞争的原则，是招投标制度改革的必然。招标人要想成功运用好这一方法，必须从各方面把好关口，使建筑市场形成良好的竞争机制，有利于提高建筑企业的竞争力，并使业主最大限度的节省资金，实现投资效益的最大化。[著者文摘]
