摘 要:
“一国两制”所实现的是一种特殊形式的国家统一，这为我国区际法律冲突的产生奠定了坚实的政治和宪法基础。“特殊形式的国家统一”从根本上决定了我国区际法律冲突不是一般意义上的区际法律冲突，也决定了我国区际法律冲突的科学解决必然具有自己的鲜明特色。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
＂One country and two systems＂ means that our country＇s unify is a special union, and this determined that our country interregional law conflicts and its resolution have their Characters. Now any region of our country has no need to enact a independent interregional conflict of laws and it is impossible to draw up a interregional conflict of laws applying in whole China. In fact, our country creates a new pattern to resolve interregional law conflicts. This ＂China pattern＂ regards the interregional law conflicts as international law conflicts, and resolves it according to the particular interregional regulations or interregional agreements or regulations touching on foreign affairs. Particularly, we should pay importance to the cooperation of jurisdiction and judicial assistance, drawing support from international practices, weighting the material coordinate of laws and proceeding in an orderly way.[著者文摘]
