综述了α1抗胰蛋白酶的分子结构、α化性质及生物学原α。探讨了α1抗胰蛋白酶与肺气肿、肿瘤和CF等的关系。简述了检测α1抗胰蛋白酶的几种常用方法；着重论述了α1抗胰蛋白酶缺乏的症状及其临床治疗。[著者文摘]
