摘 要:
阐述了我国仁用杏产业化发展中杏果肉资源严重浪费的现实,分析了仁用杏果肉的营养价值、医疗保健价值和加工利用价值。阐明了仁用杏果肉的采收时间和取肉去核方法,介绍了仁用杏果肉开发利用的途径和技术要点,为仁用杏果肉的综合开发利用提供了技术支撑,有利于推动我国仁用杏产业化的发展。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper expatiates the actuality that the flesh is wasted badly in the process that the development of the industry of apricot, analyzes its nutritional value, medical and hygienical value and some other purposes. This paper expatiates the time when its flesh is gathered and the methods in which its kernel is removed. At the same time, introduces the approaches and technique to develop apricot, which is the techno-support for the development of its flesh. Therefore, the industrialization of apricot will develop greatly.[著者文摘]
