采用热水浸提法结合微波辅助法提取杨树菇中的多糖,对影响提取杨树菇多糖的工艺参数进行单因素试验,并在此基础上设计正交试验,提出提取杨树菇多糖的最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度为50℃,浸提时间为45min,浸提次数为3次,加水量为40mL。[著者文摘]

Study on Extraction of Polysaccharide of Pleurotus Eryngii

Abstract:
Some processing parameters such as temperature, time and water-rice bran rate was studied during the extraction of polysaccharides of pleurotus eryngii with hot water. And an orthogonal based on those parameters showed that the best extracting process condition was temperature 50 ℃, time 45 min, 3 times and water volume 40 mL.[著者文摘]
