摘 要:
以芦丁为标准品,紫外扫描确定其最大吸收波长为506nm。建立了芦丁标准工作曲线的回归方程:Y=0.0168X-0.0054,相关系数.R^2=0.9991。利用乙醇—回流提取法测定了金黄芒果废弃物中总类黄酮的含量为62.36mg/g。并通过重现性、加标回收率和稳定性试验。说明用分光光度法测定金黄芒果总类黄酮含量的可靠性。[著者文摘]
