摘 要:
采用欧盟法和国标法对食品中苏丹红的含量进行了检测,并比较了两种方法的差异。结果表明,欧盟法灵敏度高,粉状样品回收率高,但成本较高;国标法油状样品回收率高,成本低,大部分机构可用此法,但氧化铝活性需要控制适当才不会影响检测结果。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
This paper introduces the two methods about determining Sudan by European Union law and GB in food and compares the differences of two methods. The result indicate that the EU law has lower detectable limit and higher returns-ratio in the powdery sample and higher cost, the GB has higher detectable limits and returns-ratio in he greasy sample and lower cost but aluminum oxide activeness needs to be controlled suitably only then it cannot affect the result.[著者文摘]
