摘 要:
以芦丁为标样,用紫外分光光度法分别对玫瑰花和提取过精油的玫瑰花渣中的黄酮类化合物含量进行了测定。结果表明,玫瑰花和玫瑰花渣中总黄酮含量(以芦丁计)分别为3.30%和3.13%,测定的平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.95%。此法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为检测玫瑰花中总黄酮含量的一种方法。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Using rutin as the standard sample, the flavonoids substances in rose and rose dregs were determined through ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The determination result shows: the total contents of flavonoids in rose and rose dregs were 3.30% and 3.13%. The average recovery of this method was 98.2%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.95%. This analysis method was simple, fast and accurate.
