综述了L-乳酸的应用和利用木质纤维素生产L-乳酸的优点、方法与技术要点，简要介绍了利用木质纤维素生产L-乳酸的研究现状以及对其前景进行展望，以期为L-乳酸的工业化生产提供参考。[著者文摘]
