摘 要:
通过改良碘比色法，建立了一种莲子直链淀粉快速、准确、简便的测定方法。结果表明，莲子直链淀粉测定的最佳吸收波长为630nm，直链淀粉的标准工作曲线为Y=0．471x-0．017，R=0．999。经实验验证，该改良比色法具有较高的准确性。[著者文摘]

A rapid, accurate and convenient method of determining amylose content of lotus-seed was established by improving iodine colorimetry.
