介绍了儿童营养摄入量，进行了儿童零食的调查。探讨了儿童食品的合理开发及其安全性。指出儿童食品的研制者和生产者应该在原料选择、生产控制、包装设计和食用方式等各个环节保证儿童食品的安全。[著者文摘]
