摘 要:
目的 总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术（Lc）中转开腹的原因并探讨防治措施。方法 2003年11月～2006年11月共行372例，中转13例（3．49％），回顾分析其临床特点和手术方法。结果 术中因粘连、解剖困难9例，术中出血2例，胆道损伤2例而中转开腹。结论 LC术和开腹术式相比优点多，但并发症也多，预防关键还在于适时中转开腹。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the causes and explore the prevention and treatment of opening surgery during- laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods 13 cases （3.49%） converted to open surgery among 372 cases of LC from November 2003 to November 2006, the clinical features and surgery methods were analyzed retrospectively. Results Causes of conversion included the anatomic difficult in 9 case, hemorrhage in 2 cases,bile duct injury in 2cases. Conclusion The open cholecystectomy is not to be compared with Lc, but the comlications are more in Lc and promptly conversion to open surgery is essential for preventing the complications of LC.[著者文摘]
