摘 要:
目的 观察莫沙比利联用兰索拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法 将95例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组给予莫沙比利联用兰索拉唑治疗48例，对照组单用兰索拉唑治疗47例，观察症状缓解情况和内镜下表现。结果 治疗组显效率为91．66％，总有效率为95．83％；对照组显效率为63．83％，总有效率为85．11％；溃疡愈合率分别为91．67％和74．47％。经上数据两组间比较差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 莫沙比利联用兰索拉唑对反流性食管炎症状改善迅速，食管炎治愈率高，临床疗效优于单用兰索拉唑，值得推广应用。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effects of mosapride combined combined with lansopraxole in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux diseases. Methods 95 patients with gastroesophageal reflux diseases were randomized into two groups, treatment group （ n = 48, patients were received mosapride combined with lansopraxole） and control group （ n = 47, paticents werereceived lansopraxole）. The symptom relief and the manifestation endoscopically wrer analysed. Results Compared with control group,the symptoms were significantly relieved and the ulcer heal- ing was better in treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mosapride combined with lansopraxole is effective in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux diseases and superior to Lansopraxole.[著者文摘]
