摘 要:
目的比较思密达、妈咪爱与酶诱导剂治疗早期新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法96例早期新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为2组，48例用思密达、妈咪爱配蓝光治疗，另外48例子酶诱导剂和蓝光治疗。结果治疗组显效率（79．2％）高于对照组（43．8％），P〈0．01。结论思密达与妈咪爱联合治疗早期新生儿高胆红素血症优于酶诱导剂。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective To compare the effect of Smecta with Medilac - Vita and enzyme inductor in treatment of early neonatal hyperbilirabinemia. Methods 96 cases with early neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were divided into 2 groups randomly. 48 patients were treated with Smecta combined with Medilac - Vita and phototherapy, other 48 patients were treated with enzyme inductor and phototherapy as the control group. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （79.2%） was higher than that in the control group（43.8% ）, P 〈 0.01. Conclusions Smecta and Medilac - Vita are superior to enzyme inductor in treating early neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.[著者文摘]
