Abstract:
Objective To understand the present situation of drug susceptibility of antibiotics and distribution urine ureaplasma(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) infection in local women and to provide proof for clinical treatment. Methods Cervical discharge of 2100 suspected women was cultured for mycoplasma and identified for classification, and tested the susceptibility of 10 common - used antibiotics. Results 1155 patients of 2100 suspected cases were positive for mycoplasma culture (accounting for 55% ) ;among whom 940 patients were positive for Uu( accounting for 44.8% ) ,67 patients positive for Mh ( accounting for 3.2% ), 148 patients positive for combination of Uu and Mh ( accounting for 7% ). Results of drug susceptibility indicated that mycoplasma -susceptible antibiotics were Josamycin (95.5 % ), Clarivhromycin(93.1% ), Acithromycin(91.7% ), and mycoplasma- resistant antibiotics were Ciprofloxacin (61.1% ) , Ofloxacin (59.4%). Conclusion The predominant mycoplasma of cervical infection for local wonen is Uu ,new generation of macrolides like Josamycin is the drug of first choice while quinolones are the most resistant antibiotics.[著者文摘]
