摘 要:
目的观察美施康定直肠给药治疗中晚期癌痛的临床观察及副作用。方法初始剂量为美施康定30mg，每12h一次，疼痛不能缓解时加量为60mg，每12h一次。直肠给药组作为观察组，口服给药组作为对照组。结果观察组有效率为95．8％，对照组有效率为91．7％，观察组副作用较对照组轻。结论美施康定直肠给药治疗中晚期癌症疼痛效果明显，P〉0．05，直肠给药与口服给药疗效相比无明显差异，但直肠给药副作用轻。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and side effects of patients taking MS Contin per rectum in treating medium and advanced stage cancer pain. Methods Original dose was taking MS Cotin 30mg, q12h, if the pain didn＇t relieve , we doubled the dose to 60mg, q12h. The group of patients who taking MS Contin per rectum was trial group and peros was control group. Results The clinical effective rate of the trial group was 95.8% and the control group was 91.7% ,but the side effects of the trial group bad modest than the control group. Conclusion There was obvious therapeutic effect of patients taking MS Contin per rectum in treating medium and advanced stage cancer pain, and no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）, but there was most side effects in the trial group than in the control group.[著者文摘]
