分析了目前影响高校学科馆员服务质量的因素，建立了高校图书馆学科馆员服务质量评价指标体系，给出了基于多级模糊综合评价模型及其评价方法，并结合实例给出了使用评价模型进行学科馆员服务质量评价的步骤和方法。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
The various kinds of factors that subject librarian service quality in collage was threatened are analyzed in this paper, the synthesis evaluation index system can be established. The synthesis evaluation model and method based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive judgment method of subject librarian service quality have been provided, combine the instance of the network and provide evaluating step and method based on the evaluating mode of subject librarian service quality.[著者文摘]
