从图书借阅流通服务模式的变革历史诠释开始，通过网络环境下对图书馆信息流通服务的影响和图书馆信息流通服务的建设，以及对图书馆功能的再认识的详细分析，指出了图书借阅信息流通服务创新的一些具体措施。[著者文摘]

New Thought of the Circulation Service Innovations on the Book Lending in Network Environment

Abstract:
This article indexed some idiographic methods on the service innovations of the information ciroulation on the book lending from the very beginning of the annotation of historical transformation as well as the brief analysis on circulation service mode of the book lending. It gave a detail analysis to the recognit;on of library function by means of the influence on the library information circulation service along with the construction of the library information circulation service in the network environment.[著者文摘]
