随着社会信息化的建设和发展，信息化程度的测度成为社会研究的热点。信息化是从有形的物质产品创造价值的社会向无形的信息创造价值的社会的转变，信息及信息资源对经济社会发展具有重要作用，本文通过分析信息资源在信息社会中的特殊定位进而阐述信息资源测度的理论问题。[著者文摘]

Abstract:
With construction and development of social informatization, it has become one of issues to measure degree on informatization in one country, one area or one industry. Informatization is a transformation of society in which material has importance on creating society values to a society in which information creates tremendous values in different industries. Information resources take an important part in promoting economy and society progress.
