摘 要:
数字参考咨询服务是“在任何时候都可以为任何地点提出问题的任何人提供专业的参考服务”。作为一种新生事物，它为人们提供了方便，但其中的许多环节都会出现著作权侵权问题。本文旨在探讨网络环境下图书馆数字参考咨询服务中存在的一些著作权侵权问题，以及服务过程中存在的知识产权风险，并就产生的相关问题提出建议。[著者文摘]

The Risk and its Evasion of the Infringement of Copyright in DigitalReference Service

Abstract:
Digital reference service is that ＂it can provide professional reference services to the people who asked questions at any time and any place.＂ As a new thing, it has provided a convenient service, but there will be the problem of copyright infringement in many link. This paper seeks to explore the problem of copy-right violations during the digital reference library services in network environment, and make proposals about the related issues.[著者文摘]
